The Vented PE Foam Liner is an engineered solution offering breathability and cushioning for a variety of products. It excels in shock and vibration protection due to its dense polyethylene foam and is micro-perforated to prevent moisture and mold, crucial for perishables’ freshness and hygiene.
Structure: Polyethylene foam/ePTFE
Thickness: 1.1mm or 1.6mm
Features: Good sealing, fresh preservation, anti-leakage, anti-theft and anti-pollution, extended shelf life.

3) Screw the cap with the gasket into the bottle and tighten the cap.
How to seal aliminum foil seal by electromagnetic induction machine?
1) Put the aluminum foil to the bottle cap.
